Opticore IT are currently searching for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Broadcast Media client to support on multiple projects including End of Service, Migrations, Strategic Backups and more. You'll join our excelling team based in the London area, on a 6-month contract inside IR35, with scope to extend.

This is a hybrid position that requires travel to our clients' site in the West London area, 1 day a week.

What you'll be doing:

• Work on multiple Business aligned projects for the existing platform team
• Ability to work across multiple project streams
• Collaborate closely with other developers to help design, build, and optimise multi cloud BCP
• Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders to tease out information and requirements
• Good communicator who can explain concepts to business stakeholders

• AWS , Azure and some GCP
• Windows Server and some Linux 
• Configuration management and an Automation background 
• Evault and logic monitor 
• AWS workspace and RDS
